He founded Nutrition in Recovery, a group practice based in Los Angeles, California, and the Wise Mind Nutrition mobile app. As a clinician and researcher, Dr. Wiss has more than a decade of experience working one-on-one with patients and has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed journal articles. Eliana Witchell, MSc, RD is the founder and Chief Eating Officer (CEO) of Eat ;Different RD, her virtual private practice in Ontario, Canada. Adam Wolfberg, MD, MPH, is the chief medical officer at Virta Health. Previously, he was the CMO at Current Health (acquired by Best Buy) and Ovia Health (acquired by LabCorp).
Before that, he worked in medical affairs at athenaHealth and Ariosa Diagnostics (acquired by Roche). Adam trained in OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine and practices at Cambridge Hospital. Before going to medical school he was a print journalist.

Tommy Wood MD, PhD is a neuroscientist, elite-level professional nerd, and performance consultant to world class athletes in a dozen sports. He received an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Cambridge, a medical degree from the University of Oxford, and a PhD in physiology and neuroscience from the University of Oslo. Tommy is currently a Research Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Washington, where his research interests include determining how early brain injury impacts brain health across the lifespan, as well as developing easily-accessible and equitable methods with which to track health, performance, and longevity in both professional athletes and the general population.

Dr. Wortman received his MD from University of Calgary and Family Medicine certification at the University of British Columbia. His career has included urban family practice, public health, medical administration and research. For the past 10 years he has been working with low-carbohydrate ketogenic diet in both the research and practice setting. One of his studies was the subject of the CBC documentary, “My Big Fat Diet”. Dr. Wortman is a recognized authority on low-carbohydrate ketogenic diets for the treatment of obesity, metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. He is a frequent presenter at scientific meetings and medical CME events. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine at UBC. Holly R Wyatt, MD, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes, at the University of Colorado and Denver Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas, her Medical Doctorate from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and completed her internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship at the University of Colorado.
