Dr. Grady Goolsby has been a chiropractic physician for over 41 years, with his primary focus being functional or nutritional medicine. His professional training was conducted at the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and received certifications in acupuncture and sports injuries. He did his internship in the inner city of Chicago, with the Chicago General Health Services.
Upon graduation, he returned to his home state of Florida and began private practice which focused primarily on musculoskeletal issues, sports injuries, and personal injury cases. However, he always longed to be involved in the world of nutrition, herbology, homeopathy, and energy medicine. In 1991, he began working in a medical facility that specialized in intravenous chelation therapy and metabolic medicine, which continued for seven years. In the meantime he was introduced to Dr. D.A. Versendaal, the inventor and teacher of Contact Reflex Analysis, an analytical technique to determine nutritional deficiencies through the acupuncture meridian system. Dr. Versendaal became one of Dr. Goolsby’s mentors and greatly influenced his training in functional nutritional medicine.
Today Dr. Goolsby continues his private practice in Florida. Along with chiropractic care, he provides patients with information on nutrition, evidenced-based whole food supplements, intermittent fasting, diet, chemical and heavy metal avoidance, and energy medicine to prevent disease and promote healthy lifestyles. Patients continue to seek his consultation from all over the world.

Dr. Limor Goren is the founder of kyoord. She is a cancer researcher with a PhD in Molecular Biology. Her research centers on one of the most important anti-inflammatory molecules found in medicinal olive oil called Oleocanthal. Dr. Goren discovered one of the mechanisms by which Oleocanthal is toxic to cancer and showed that olive oils that are rich in oleocanthal are an effective strategy to kill various types of cancer cells.
Dr. Goren started kyoord after she received numerous requests from friends and family for the medicinal olive oil she used in her research, and realized it was not easily accessible in the US. She searched the world for the best high-phenolic olive oil and ultimately came across a small family-owned farm and mill in Corfu Greece, which had just won an award for having the highest concentration of oleocanthal ever discovered at that time. From here, kyoord was born and Dr. Goren’s mission to advocate for the health benefits of olive oil took hold. It is her goal to spread awareness about this holistic approach to health, and to make high-phenolic olive oil accessible to consumers.

Hi. I’m Sara Gottfried M.D. I’m a scientist, researcher, connector, scholar, seeker, and Harvard-educated medical doctor with 25 years of experience, and I’m the author of four New York Times bestselling books.
Maybe you’re here because you want more than mainstream medicine offers. That’s what happened to me. In my thirties, I worked in McMedicine. I saw 30+ patients per day for many years. I was burning the candle at both ends, in couple’s therapy, and stressed out. Advanced testing showed I was aging much faster than my chronological age. I went to my doctor and he told me to take Prozac and birth control pills, but that didn’t feel right.
I decided to apply my medical training to myself. I discovered my cortisol level was three times normal (something my traditional doctors told me wasn’t a big deal) and it was leading to other downstream health consequences like blood sugar problems, moodiness, wear and tear on my joints, unresolved inflammation, multiple injuries, and belly fat. High cortisol led to prediabetes, a condition that 90% of Americans don’t know they have.
Within six weeks, I had fixed the root cause and felt significantly better. I resolved the nagging problems on my list and reversed my prediabetes. I ate better, exercised differently, and took 3 supplements. I lost more than 20 pounds and graduated from couple’s therapy. I was ON to something!
I took the solutions to my problems and translated them into evidence-based, personalized protocols for my patients, which worked extremely well on the 25,000+ people I’ve seen in the past few decades of practicing precision, functional, and integrative medicine. This includes men and women, professional athletes, executives, and other VIPs.

Barbara Gower is Professor and Vice-Chair for Research in the Department of Nutrition Sciences, and serves as Director of the Metabolism Core for the Nutrition Obesity Research Center and the Center for Clinical and Translational Science, and the Human Physiology Core for the Diabetes Research Center. Her research focus is on the interplay between diet, endocrinology, and metabolism and their relation to chronic metabolic disease, with expertise in evaluation of body composition, body fat distribution, insulin sensitivity and beta-cell function. Her two major research areas are nutrition interventions for obesity and metabolic health, and risk for type 2 diabetes in African-Americans. She recently completed two NIH-funded studies concerning the role of diet macronutrient composition on reproductive and metabolic outcomes. She currently is conducting two NIH-funded research studies to 1) test the hypothesis that in patients with type 2 diabetes, a low glycemic diet will enable return of beta-cell function by depleting pancreas lipid, even in the absence of weight loss, and 2) test the hypothesis that in obese African American women, an insulin-lowering diet will improve loss of fat mass during weight loss and result in greater weight loss maintenance, in part by increasing energy expenditure.
A pioneer in the field of integrative medicine, James M. Greenblatt, MD, has treated patients since 1988. After receiving his medical degree and completing his psychiatry residency at George Washington University, Dr. Greenblatt completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Medical School. Dr. Greenblatt has served as the Chief Medical Officer at Walden Behavioral Care in Waltham, MA for nearly 20 years, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine.
An acknowledged integrative medicine expert, educator, and author, Dr. Greenblatt has lectured internationally on the scientific evidence for nutritional interventions in psychiatry and mental illness. Through three decades of practice and research, Dr. Greenblatt is a leading contributor to helping physicians and patients understand the role of personalized medicine for mental illness.
He is the author of eight books, including the best-seller, Finally Focused: The Breakthrough Natural Treatment Plan for ADHD. His updated edition of Answers to Anorexia was released in October 2021 and his newest book, Functional & Integrative Medicine for Antidepressant Withdrawal is available now. Continue reading

Dorian Greenow is the Founder of Keto-Mojo. In 2015, Dorian weighed 210 lbs, was constantly tired, on anti-depressants, and had nearly all the markers for metabolic syndrome. He and his wife, Gemma, embarked on the ketogenic lifestyle, began monitoring their glucose and ketones, and dialing in their nutrition choices.
Within six months, Dorian had lost 47 lbs, came off all medications, and finally got his mojo back. The Ketogenic lifestyle changed their lives, and they wanted to give back. However, ketone testing was expensive at $4-$5 a strip. Keto meters and test strips were produced by only a few big bio-tech players — and inaccessible to many in need. In 2017, after countless doors closed in his face, Dorian successfully launched Keto-Mojo, lowering the cost of ketone testing by 75%, to 99¢ a strip, offering the first affordable, accurate blood glucose and ketone testing meter with a lifetime guarantee. I'm Dr. Elena Gross, a neuroscientist, PhD in clinical research and most importantly - a former chronic migraineur. The lack of tolerable and efficacious treatment options for migraine led me to pursue a MSc in Neuroscience at the University of Oxford and a PhD in Clinical Research at the University of Basel, with the goal of having better understanding of this common and debilitating disease and ultimately improving clinical care.
I am particularly passionate about the therapeutic benefits of ketosis and other nutritional interventions, the role of mitochondrial functioning and energy metabolism in brain health & neurological diseases (particularly migraine), as well as increasing our health span via disease prevention.
I am the inventor of four patents, founder & CEO of KetoSwiss and MigraKet. My migraine research papers have been published in high-ranking journals, such as Nature Neurology.
