Pam Devine is the Co-Founder and Operations Manager of Low Carb USA, an organization she created with Doug Reynolds in 2016 to provide education and resources about low-carbohydrate and ketogenic nutrition for both the public and healthcare professionals. Before this work, she spent nearly 20 years in the medical field, specializing in diagnostic imaging and patient care across hospitals, clinics, retail, and corporate environments. Her personal journey into low-carb eating began in her late forties, when despite consistent exercise she struggled with weight gain; adopting a low-carb/keto lifestyle allowed her to lose weight, regain satiety, improve focus and emotional stability, and experience what she describes as “food freedom.” At Low Carb USA, she manages conference logistics, event planning, and educational initiatives, and she also serves as a founding member and active volunteer of the Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners (SMHP), a nonprofit developing clinical guidelines and accreditation pathways for practitioners in therapeutic carbohydrate reduction. Pam advocates for simplicity in cooking, raising awareness of food addiction, and empowering individuals to seek support or healthier substitutions. Her broader mission is to help reverse the epidemic of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and chronic disease through science-based education, community building, and professional training.

Dr. Carrie Diulus is one of just a handful of board certified female orthopaedic spine surgeons in the United States. She practices “patient-centered” medicine rather than the traditional “disease-centered” model. She starts by identifying all of the factors that influence a patient’s health. This understanding is then combined with state-of-the-art minimally invasive surgical and medical care including complementary and nutritional approaches to develop an individualized program for each patient’s unique needs.
This is the philosophy Dr. Diulus brought to the Crystal Clinic Spine Wellness Center in Akron, Ohio. Prior to joining the Crystal Clinic in 2014, Dr. Diulus was a spine surgeon in the Center for Spine Health at the Cleveland Clinic and she maintains privileges at Cleveland Clinic regional hospitals.
Dr. Carrie, received her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University. Prior to her orthopaedic surgery training at the Cleveland Clinic she trained as a pathologist. She completed her spine fellowship with the SpineCare Medical Group in San Francisco.
Additionally, Dr. Diulus is a thriving Type 1 diabetic who utilizes a low carbohydrate diet with specialized insulin strategies both for herself and her diabetic patients to have powerful impact on the management of these conditions.

My name is Bradley Dyer and I am an osteopathic physician in Kansas City. I am the founder of Premier Integrative Health which is a Functional Medicine practice that specializes in metabolic disease, gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmunity, and integrative mental health. I initially completed a dual residency in internal medicine and psychiatry and spent the first part of my medical career working as a hospitalist. It didn't take long for me to realize that I was working on the wrong end of the "health care" spectrum and needed to do something different. I have always been a believer in holistic health and preventative medicine and decided to complete a 2 year fellowship at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. From there I went on to become certified in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. I started Premier Integrative Health as a membership based practice in 2016 and it has forever changed my life. I have always been interested in metabolic health and discovered the low carb community in 2018 which has forever changed how I practice medicine. In early 2019 I started offering group programs the use well formulated ketogenic diets and fasting to help people reverse type 2 diabetes and other metabolic dissorders. From there it didn't talk long to see how this approach is beneficial for some of my other passions such as mental health, gastrointestinal health, and autoimmunity. I incorporate health coaches and nutritionists at our practice to help our patients with diet modification, lifestyle modification, and mindset modification which leads to true lasting health.
